blank screen after logging on domain-joined PC (Windows 11 23H2) #3168

OS: Windows 11 23H2 Latest Cumulative Update: 2024-04 ExplorerPatcher version: 22621.3296.64.1

On a domain-joined PC after user logs into computer, the screen is completely blank, probably due to explorer.exe not starting correctly. Workaround is to open task manager (via hotkey) and run new task "explorer.exe". I don't know if being domain-joined or not has any effect, but it's the only PC I have to test with.

This started happening today after ExplorerPatcher updated itself and/or downloaded latest symbols after I installed April 2024 Cumulative Updates on Win11 23H2.
