[22635.3430+] [Fixed in 65.3] Broken after using new windows insider preview #3231

Windows insider preview 10.0.22635.3430 is breaking ExplorerPatcher , will change the taskbar when running ep-setup but crashes immediately after interacting with it in anyway.

I will check that build today and push a new prerelease if it is indeed crashing.

Hey still I'm still crashing on the insider preview for version KB5037008 or 22635.3570. I have my ep version on 22621.3527.65.2 after updating it to the latest pre release version and it still crashes. Only happens when going into the search box via windows icon or windows key.

updated to latest windows beta and got the same results here , crashing on preview 22635.3570, with and without ttb.

Reproduced the issue on 22635.3570, happens when the start menu (both 10 and 11) is closing. Workaround for now is to avoid using the Windows 10 taskbar.

The crash seems to be related to Win+X which needs adjusting to the latest Beta builds.

Fixed in the latest prerelease, however I will be keeping this open for visibility.
