Explorer Patcher freezes pc and closes Games sometimes shutting down Monitors for couple of Seconds/Minutes

Hello lately my Explorer Patcher causes random freezes that affects my pc and sometimes closes some open Programs after the freeze is over as example : Games or Edge .

The System Freeze appears to affect my GPU since sometimes in like some hard freezes all my Monitors go grey and then come back after a while with some programs closed and explorer restarting fresh and also always the same Error in Even Viewer . Because of that i thought its my GPU so i already exchanged my GPU and used DDU to uninstall GPU driver but since that didnt fix my issue then its only explorerpatcher that causes these freezes .

I am running Win 11 Home Version : 10.0.22631 Build 22631

ExplorerPatcher is running on : 22621.3527.65.1

Please post windows version and build. You can find this by running winver.

Please include what settings you changed in explorer patcher properties application. These should be screen shots. If you can, please change it to english first.

Please include any other software you have installed that modifies the UI of windows.

The most important question: do these freezes also occur when EP is not installed?

I used normal windows for a while and didnt got any freezes . At the same time i also hard resetted windows once and after installing Explorer Patcher the issue came back . The freezes are really sporadic . Sometimes my pc works for a couple of days and then on other days it freezes multiple times . Mainly with the error above showing that "Explorer" crashed

What did you install on the hard resetted Windows install? Is it possible to record a video on this so that I can know what happened?

Is Windows on a hard disk drive or a solid state drive? Check your temps of your cpu and gpu: https://openhardwaremonitor.org
