Title bars not centred when window has ribbon UI #22

In Win8/8.1, this text was also centred (between the actual ribbon and the right hand side of the window, so not centred in relation to the entire title bar).

Hi, you can try the method described in the repository README! (https://github.com/valinet/WinCenterTitle#how-it-works:~:text=a%20special%20class%20of%20windows%20are%20left%20left%2Daligned%20by%20this%20tool%2C%20but%20we%20can%20do%20more%20regarding%20them%3A%20ribbon%20windows)

I have tried and the title bar of File Explorer centered successfully.
