Reference hex.pm package in instructions #14

I assume that since this has been published to hex.pm that you want people to use the hex package instead of the latest master branch commit of the GitHub repository.

We definitely prefer to use hex.pm but this project requires elixir_cmake, which seems to have been abandoned for a while, we are using a fork of that project and as I remember hex doesn't accept GitHub dependencies, anyway I think it's worth doing a PR to elixir_cmake.

Yes, I agree that it would be nice to send a PR to elixir-cmake and see what happens. I hope that they're responsive now.
