[CLI] Display status indicators #245

We'll need status indicators for the following:

Transaction Status (display transaction hash and link to block explorer)
"Fetching from distributed storage..."
"Adding file to distributed storage..."
Spinner over loading bar

General rule of thumb: anytime when interacting with the blockchain or IPFS/Filecoin, display "heads up" message and any transaction hashes/other references
