There should be no notification when QLs are not updated #29

Kahldar:

If the QLs aren't really updated (i.e. they are the same as the one you had in storage) can we show no popup?

Yup. Maybe add a legend in My Alliance, on the page proper, stating how many QLs were parsed, but only notify the user on actual changes.
