No easy way to enable/disable alarm #3

This is a common operation, you want to disable the alarm temporarily, or to quickly toggle it for ally or msgs. For this you have to go through the options page, which is a faff.

This is sort of solved now, with the page action. It may still need more tweaking, there's no way to mute the alarm entirely, nor to test it without opening the options page. So I'll leave this issue open for now.
