Start and End year Study clarification or out? #56

Can we add: "Study Duration" to clarify the Start and End Year boxes (different form the ES map years which indicate the year(s) the map represents)

I would be prefectly happy leaving the study duration years out (who cares, it's about the maps). This will impact the Data Tab of the Tool (years are listed here).
