`/topics/modules-native-types.md` is missing syntax highlighting, has work-in-progress sections #122

In pre-publishing review (#91), I noticed the following issues with /topics/modules-native-types.md

The c code is marked up with indents rather than backticks and lacks a syntax highlighter ID

Handling multiple encodings WORK IN PROGRESS

Either finish the work in progress or remove it.
