`/topics/streams-intro.md` has a circular reference link. #136

In pre-publishing review (#91) I found that /topics/streams-intro.md has a odd link to itself.

* The [Streams Tutorial](streams-intro.md) explains Streams with many examples.

We can safely remove this link.
