[BUG] Provide commands reference sorted by data type #75

Describe the bug Several places in the documentation reference URLs like: /commands/#hyperloglog

Expected behavior It goes to a page with commands related to specific datatypes

This could be solved either by providing hash links on /commands/ or create pages for each datatype and update hash links to true links (may be better for SEO)
