Move to Prod: Restore blog post and add Atom feed #88

Description

This PR moves the following changes to production (live):

Adding XML/Atom
Restoring the May round up post that was lost in transition to Zola

Note this also includes changes to some github actions but these are a noop for moving to production and have no net effect.
