The current PlayerSpellIndex https://github.com/valkyrnstudios/RankSentinel/blob/08bbbeb57bf6cc05f3a9882e272e9598d465bcae/RankSentinel.lua#L198 does not factor in caster level, so could hide low ranked spells during leveling.
Easiest to just add caster level to the index.
