Separate settings into character profiles #49

Either changing to AceDB profiles or changing using SavedVariablesPerCharacter

Leveling characters, alts, officers, raiding mains, and likely have different use cases or sway.

With the addition of notification flavors, per-character settings become more important. A main tank might want default, but joining a pug may want gogo flavor.

In addition, reduces the table size for accounts with mixed level or exposure toons.
