captured buttons click fix #20

expand click registration so addons using middle/4/5 mouse buttons do not break update toc interface for latest bcc, increment addon version, stop hardcoding it in the lua file closes #19

Not really sorry ☺️ I landed on this after having some of my guildies do a binary search in their addon folders to find what might be breaking some of their minimap buttons.

Since I found the issue thought might as well report it so others benefit.

I'm not using MBB myself so don't have much incentive to maintain it, apologies.
