Sample Collection Chapter

I've added the Sample Collection chapter. It is currently just a place holder, but I'm going to add information about collecting samples for DNA, RNA, and microbiome (maybe). @sdhutchins I'm also gonna add some place holder section for scRNAseq and cell culture (fibroblasts).

It might also be good to touch on the process that I had to go through to get the rhesus blood, and to have access to the animal core (e.g. IACUC training and informed consent form for each protocol that you are on).

Great idea! Maybe it could be Sample Collection and Preparation.

We can add in the prep for the saliva samples for NGS as well as add that protocol and add in prep for Sanger Sequencing that we've done for the DRD4 project.

I think this should go in a Gene Profile chapter (or maybe in the appendix). But I definitely think it should be private until this info is published.

I've looked over that a few times, and I think it's a very good list. Can't think of anything else.

For the sanger sequencing, I meant sticking just to that company's protocol (Can't think of the name).
