getOperandRanges() #172

Adding support for getting a list of Operand-Ranges from a parsed formula. This helps integrate Koala with applications.

Brad, would you like to be one of the administrator of the repo this way you could merge PRs and push to pipy when i'm too slow to do it ?

Sure. Having a couple of people looking out for the PRs may well be useful.
