We just removed a feature: a change process form that allowed you to change all of the input plans for a process and cascaded all of those changes to all of the dependent demands of that input.
We removed the change process form because it was super complicated, you can make all of those changes more easily from the process logging page. But those changes do not cascade.
So we need to make all planned input changes cascade, or stop claiming that we do. (Well, let's do it. But it's a lot of work and a lot of testing, so it won't come back immediately.)
