Right to use "Underlying Resource"

We don't have a way to associate something like a course and the occurrence of someone taking the course this week. (We do have something like this in case of expenses, like paying rent for the right to use the underlying asset of the lab space, which is already defined as a resource.)

I changed the name from Asset to Resource because asset is not part of our vocabulary, it's a term from accounting for a single company. Same resource can be an asset for one agent and not an asset for another.
