No place to see zero resources? #345

The inventory page correctly shows only resources > 0 qty. You can adjust resources to zero but you can't adjust a resource from zero because the link comes from the resource page from the inventory page.

I think (but haven't tested) that if you are adding to a resource qty in an event, the dropdown won't show 0 resources. If this is incorrect, then it is probably good enough. If not, we need a way to show resources with zero qty.

You can find the zero qty resources by going to the resource type page. They are listed there.

Discussion on zero qty resources on resource type page. At some point, there will be lots of zero qty resources for some resource types. Might need to move them off to their own report, or make it show/hide, or something.
