Donation vs other non-contributions? #349

We split out the Cash Contribution to also include new event types Donation and Loan.

This could possibly apply to Payments, and possibly Time Contributions (could be donation). We have also been using the isContribution flag, but mostly not, mostly we are assuming contributions.

Clean up.....
