Can we limit resource types to virtual accounts on dropdown in cash receipt? #365

It is easy to pick a non-virtual account RT. Part of a bigger question - do people have to use virtual accounts to make all of this work? Possibly so, give the way the distribution works.

Done. Also did the same for distributions, cash contributions, disbursements.

I think this should work for people not using virtual accounts - still any account resource type should be flagged as "account" behavior. We will see if/when we have a network like that.
