Sale during equipment use - unusual customers #371

We are now doing internal exchanges, with the fees etc. for 3D printer use. We need to rethink the whole exchange scheme, but in the meantime, the "customer" can be any number of people who are not external customers. The customer is in the exchange data correctly but doesn't show up on the dropdown since they don't have a customer relationship with the context agent. Possible temp fix: if customer not in list, add them.

This has the same problem on the edit cash receipt modal.
