Detach processes from orders #379

I take it Commitment and Process were no longer used in utils.py? (I looked. They were not. Good call. Must have been some sloppy previous programmer...8-o).

I've been using https://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/ to figure which parts of source code can be removed without too much worrying. The community version is available for free.

We use Kate. Tried pycharm once, couldn't get it to work. But that was early days, when it first came out. Also used to use eclipse + pydev, which was ok, but pretty heavyweight.
