Todos send out a notification to the todoer when they are first added.
Then if a todo is deleted, the todoer gets another notification.
But if the todoer completes the todo, or declines the todo, no notification.
Likewise no notification if the original poster changes the todo.
So, more notifications should be sent.
Moreover, if the todoer completes the todo, the original poster should get a notification, and should be able to approve or disapprove the completion. In which cases, more notifications should be sent. And maybe more conversation should ensue.
