Maintain Associations error #401

Blew up Maintain Associations - I think it was caused by setting the associated agent to --------- instead of deleting it. The association might have been duplicated.

I will try to recreate the bug.

I'm not sure this is the same bug, but it is the one I saw: when Tammy clicked "Save and add more" and then changed her mind and clicked "Save" to exit, the view added more of the same associations, creating dups.

I just tried to reproduce it, but couldn't. Can't see how it happened from the code, either. I think you would need to add duplicate rows.

I suspect it is the same, there was some of that going on.
