Have a timer I can 'start' and 'stop' to accurately track my time
Have the ability to easily note my multi-tasking as I go along, for example if I run into a snag on doing outreach because I need to feedback on a systems-wide issue, I can still track it and attach it to organizational development, then go back to my outreach work
Perhaps have an hourly (or whatever iteration of time works for that person) reminder to get up and walk around... ;) with a prompt to allocate the hour of work to the specific project(s) worked on (all these options could get turned on or off for the specific user in their personal settings)
