Cash and material contributions shouldn't have a supplier - they have ABRA, the first on the list.

A note: we can wait on this until we have the new exchanges in (with user defined exchange types). The bug will be automatically gone then (all the code will change), and we can fix the data when we convert the data for the new exchanges.
