Need other event in cash contribution from virtual acct

Need an event that decrements the from virtual account. What is this? Cash disbursement?

Note: this affects how we think of the new Transfer events and Transfer exchange. We need to make sure we can set up the value equations bucket rules (now by event type) with the right grain.

The way we can make this work in the future with exchange types and Transfer exchanges is to add exchange type to the filter choices on the bucket rule.
