HTML directory building #78

Got tired of the ugly URLs:

/tutorials/index.html
/on-premises/using-on-premises-workers.html

Now they are much nicer looking:

/tutorials/
/on-premises/using-on-premises-workers/

Fingers crossed that it works on S3 but I don't know why it wouldn't Lektor does this.

Additionally makes it much easier to expand a topic to subsections as each individual topic is already a "directory" after building.
