The user should be able to bring up some form of in app help for the things that are not self explanatory.

Since this will add another button to the main toolbar it will break compatibility with even the largest phones. #127 should fix this though.

@TGTV any Input on this? I am currently finalizing the project plan for the documentation and this still has no priority.
