Uploading profile picture needs additional interaction #451

When uploading a profile picture that does not match the correct scale and resolution a new screen should be created that allows for the selection of the thumbnail to be correctly scaled and placed. The below picture results in an oddly shaped image. image 0G3A1685 Small
