All the buttons on the site should work properly

Expected

The refresh and filter buttons in the top-right corner of the site don't work

@sawyerbutton, @apotapcukv Is there any design for the filter button, on the prototype https://appstack.bootlab.io/dashboard-saas.html# the filter button is unclickable.
