Check Dashboards' functionality works

Description

The actions dropdowns menu in the top-right corner of the Dashboards page examples should work properly

Expected

Actions dropdowns menu in the top-right corner of the Analytics page examples doesn't work

Issue

The Actions' dropdown menu doesn't work

All chart's action does not work.

@zackarychapple Hey, Zack, After thinking, I feel these dropdowns feature is not necessary for dashboard page, The only requirement for dashboard is refresh data for current page. And refresh feature could be implemented with feature issue. Duplicated Issue #590
