New Message and Show all message feature does not work. #594

Title

Check Dashboards' functionality works

Description

A logged user can choose to read New messages, clicking on the message notifications' button on the right corner of site header

Expected

The chosen message opens in the Activities block on the Default Dashboard and a logged user can read the full message

Issue

1. A logged user can't open and read new messages, although 4 new messages title shown in the Message notifications' button dropdown 2. Button 'Show all messages' in the Message notifications' button dropdown doesn't work
