Check Pages functionality works

Description

All functionality on the site should be available and work as expected

Expected

Logged user can manage notifications on the account Pages/Notifications page

Issue

There aren't any ways to manage account Notifications on the Pages/Notifications page. Only 'Mark as read' button is present on the Notifications page.
