Check Pages functionality works - Profile detail page's message button does not work.

Description

All functionality on the site should be available and work as expected

Expected

Message pop up appears after clicking on the Message button of the Profile Details page

Issue

The Message button on the profile details page was selected but doesn't work

Chat Message feature for user profile page has not been implemented.

Message button should redirect to chat page with chat thread init.
