Logged user should be able manage yours account settings info to should be able correctly generate the Embedded Payments on the 'Striple Payments' page

Expected

Any Chat options should be available to change by user in the 'dropdown naw menu' on the 'Chat' page corner

Issue

State can't be choosen from the 'State field 'dropdown menu' on the 'Account/Profile Settings' page

State Data has not been initialized, also need to use a lib for this data
