Is bootstrap.css and bootstrap angular dependent? #850

Is bootstrap.css and bootstrap angular dependent?

Or only some part of the bootstrap.css? If so, can we extract these out?

We are not using bootstrap.css nor the bootstrap angular library, and importing them for this module alone is an overkill for us..
