Error of ngModel #934

I am using this in my Angular-5 project. I am using same demo which is provided to below link: https://valor-software.com/ng2-select/ But somehow I am getting this error:No value accessor for form control with unspecified name attribute in my html page. And also it is not displaying any city in dropdown.
