Please , add Greek, Kazakh , Chinese (simplified) , Spanish (Portuguese) locales #5575

Hello, I used ngx-bootstrap dependency in my project and found issue like - locale file was not present for languages (GREEK, KAZAKH, SIMPLIFIED CHINESE, PORTUGUESE Spanish). Also, i have noticed that only 40 locale files present in i18n locale folder.

Can you please add locale files for above mentioned languages.

Please help me to get locale files for languages (mentioned in issue) as soon as possible.

@amitdlad we have Simplified Chinese, I suppose, i's zh-cn But, yeah, we don't have Kazakh, Greek and ES-pt, but, have ES-Dominicana

We actually don't have any native speakers in our team with that languages, so, it all depends on contributors. If you can help with that in any way, please, do it :)
