Add cEUR transactions to the home feed #212

Design in Figma Visually nothing changes, since all transactions are displayed in the fiat currency of choice.

To do:

External dependencies: Blockscout & Blockchain APIs support cEUR

Hey @aleksey-nov Can you please give us access to Design in Figma this link so that we can add test cases for this feature by referring Figma screens? Also can you please give us access for other Figma screens issues which are related to cEUR like:

  1. Add cEUR transactions to the home feed (212)
  2. Add cEUR support to buy/sell CELO flow 216
  3. Add cEUR support to the Send flow 214
