User not able to proceed to reclaim amount because of “Could not calculate fee” error message from “Reclaim Payment” screen #350

Frequency: 100% Repro on build version: Android internal build V1.14.0 (1004294350) , Test Flight build V1.14.0(58), Does Not Repro on build version: Test Flight build V1.13.1(56), Play Store build 1.12.2 Repro on devices: iPhone SE (14.2), Redmi Note 8 (9.0) Testing Account: (757) 699-9899/ Backup Key Pre Condition: User’s accounts should have at least one In-app CTA “Pending Invitation” with “Remind” and “Reclaim” buttons. Repro Steps:

  1. Launch the application & login with a test account.
  2. Open “Pending Invitation” In-app CTA & tap on “Reclaim” button.
  3. Now the user should be on the “Reclaim Payment” page.
  4. Wait for some moment & observed that, Current Behavior: “Could not calculate fee” error message displayed & “Confirm” button not enabled. Hence, the user gets blocked to claim payment. Expected Behavior: Error messages should not be displayed & users should proceed to claim payment by tapping on the enabled “Confirm” button. Investigation: Also it is observed that, “---” line displayed in front of “Security Fee” section Impact: Users get blocked to reclaim payment . Attachment: NotAbleToProceedToReclaimPayment.mp4
