consistent credit/license attribution
refactored to be more DRY
cleaned up comments
updated hardcoded token values
replaced all notionalVolSum with notionalVolCoreSum
replaced all notionalVolFees with volFees

Since the only unresolved issue is style-related, I am deploying these changes so that FE PRs aren't blocked
