Skill names must end in _abci #2046

At least we should clarify this on the docs. Weird, hard to debug issues car happen if a skill name does not end in _abci. For example, env vars not being properly overwritten.

Apart from adding this to the docs, this should also be handled more properly and a clear message should be printed so that the issues are not hard to debug.
