Before Firefox Quantum I used a really great Add-On called 'YouTube Audio Sync Tool' it would be great to have this function again. And it would even be better if I could adjust the audio in frames instead of milliseconds.

Yes, it is very faded indeed. It needs an icon re-haul.

I'm pretty sure with Web Audio I can only add positive delay. There's this extension which is YouTube-specific, it seems to create a separate <audio> element, constructing an audio URL for the YouTube video.
