Various players not liking "being messed with" is kind of expected. I wonder if they use client-side audio processing themselves or something.

I posted the issue in May and I got a reply in August, and then you close it?? Yeah ok. Thanks. Won't be back here. Sorry to have even bothered.
Hello
Really love the SoundFixer, so I want to first off thank you very much for making it. Sound on movies in Firefox is now really great for me.
I have noticed that from the beginning of using it though, whenever I have it active on a video in HBO Max, if there is a transition from the main title to another section like upcoming trailers or a "inside the episode" section, I suddenly get an internal error message from HBO Max saying "the title cannot be played." While we all know that the UI on HBO is fairly cruddy, this issue is directly tied to the SoundFixer running.
If I disable it, I have never once had this issue come up. If I do enable it again, the issue will consistently happen at the end of streaming any episode on any series. If you allow HBO Max auto forward to next episode, the SoundFixer settings are lost and so you have to put them up again, being mindful NOT to do this before the previous episode re-cap section runs or you get the error message again.
All of this is easily duplicated so I hope someone looks into at some point. I can hang with manually resetting it of course, but it would be nice to not have to keep going back over the settings throughout the viewing of multiple episodes in a series.
Thanks for all you do.
PS: not sure why this is being marked as spammy - I have never posted a single thing here before.
