Subpackages confusion #163

Hi, I'm bit confused with Embeds vs Subpackages for AEM as a Cloud Service. Docs for AECU are saying that you must use subPackages if you want your scripts to be executed, on the other hand - Adobe says that subpackages can't be used on AEMaaCS. AECU docs say that it's cloud-compatible. What am I missing here?

Please use embeds for cloud. In case the deploy is blocked on publish queue you might be affected by Adobe ticket SKYOPS-13098. Ask Adobe for the status of the ticket in this case.
