Base configuration setup does not work on newest PCSX2 versions #70

The setup wizard has been greatly reduced, now just consisting of picking a BIOS file. You can no longer configure any plugins from within it, nor can you continue setting up the emulator after finishing the wizard because when going through Spectabis it doesn't properly open the main emulator window afterwards.

Due to pcsx2 doing away with plugins. And spectabis relies on plugins atm
